best taken prior to meals 10-15min. though just prior is fine. if its a large meal you can also take part of glucorell dose mid to late meal (like say you are eating a 16" large pizza by your self)

Two weeks into my bottles of Sesapure & Glucorell R and I have nothing positive or negative to report. The results I'm getting on my diet are the same that I would have without these products.

I'm still optomisitc and can report again next Monday if anybody cares.

FWIW: I take one of each 3x a day.

3 weeks in and these products (gluco/ses) have not helped me lose 1 ounce of body fat.
I'm going to start taking 2 of each 3x a day I'll report back in 7 days.

in some men, particularly younger and/or leaner men, glucorell and sesapure can have minimal effects on fat loss and is better used for lean bulking. it appears you may fall into this category. If the higher dose does not have a significant impact then its almost certain.
