What lengths do you go to to save on gas? (if any?)

Lumberg turns off the engine at red lights. He also duct taped an air dam on the front bumper of his camry. (I wont drive or be seen in his car now because it looks ridiculous)

personally, i use cruise control a lot.

Well I drive a car that runs on used veggie oil. I've only purchased 16 gallons of gas (for the BMW) in the last 10 weeks.

The puppet masters can take their $3.50 a gallon gas prices and shove up their collective assholes.

It's an '01 Jetta diesel. We've had it as our second car for 2 1/2 years now. The conversion kit from Greasecar.com was about $700. We get free used veggie oil from the chinese restaurant at the corner. Runs fine, no loss in horsepower, and it gets about 40 miles to the gallon of used oil.

Whenever the powers-that-be decide that all the little people should be gouged extra special for gasoline, we just stop using any. Best possible way to say fuck you.

I ride my bike whenever possible. haven't driven my car at all today but been out and about on my new beach cruiser!
