17.5 cold 18 with pump.

Little fat around the arm can fuc the measurements but most of us are probably under 14% so the measures would probably be fairly accurate.


Mine are, well, dissapointing to me, but my new fling sure digs em!

well I had 18's when cold but now I am gettin ready for competition in aug so they are shrinkig But that is okay they are ripping up pretty good. And I think Daeo said it best you just don't realize how much fat and water you are carrying until you have to lose it...

It's funny because when I get my arms measured pumped, there is not much difference.

I'm thinking it might be due to the fact I can't flex my arms hard when they are very pumped???
