Jaws. I had nightmares for years in which Jaws would be swimming around my bed and if any of my limbs slid off the bed in my sleep, he would bite them off.

I can't say that any of them really did. I usually thought they were funny. The only ones that freaked me out a little were the Hellraiser movies.

Poltergeist(sp?) movies always scared me as a kid. Especially when that tree was trying to swallow the kid.
