Did you think of the embarrassment you'd bring to your daughter if you brought up the situation in front of all of the people in court? You think it was bad for her in a bikini over a car? Try having to re-live that in front of a bunch of people while your dad is getting cited for contempt.

It is prohibited to SELL cigarretes to people under 18, but it´s not forbidden to smoke.

Why would it be contempt of court. I am not cussing and I am stating a fact. Am I not? If they contempt so be it. I think are legal system sucks anyway. I am not scared of some dude wearing a back robe.

I would NEVER let some cop do this to my little girl and get away, at least I´d consult a lawyer to know if it was excessive or not, if it can be interpreted as excessive, I´d kick the shit out of this asshole cop.

You can be cited for contempt simply for speaking out of turn. If you speak and you're not supposed to and the judge tells you to hush and you don't, he can have you removed and cited. If you're talking down against a police officer, chances are this is what will happen. It's all about bringing it to the proper forum. The judge doesn't regulate the police, and a courtroom isn't the proper place to raise your concern.

If you do end up doing it though, we definately need to hear what comes of it.
