This is spin off on the other thread about my daughter being caught with smoke at a water park. She was in the wrong for holding the smokes but check out what this cop did. Remember they are at a water park wearing bikinis and he made them put their hands on the top of this car. That is bs and I am going to let him have it in court.

I am going to say it just like this, "judge my daughter was in the wrong for having cigarettes but I think it was wrong for the cop to be perverted by having to 16 years girls in bikinis bend over his car for a cheap thrill and I think he should be fired or least severly repremanded for doing so? I am saying it just like that in front of the judge I just hope the cop is there.

On the subject of your other thread, I've used the "someone gave me the cigs to hold for a second" excuse myself. 16 year old girls have a tendancy to experiment with smoking.

Could a lady who was going after her child not hold on to a pack of smokes while doing so?

Bros, I live in Brazil and God knows i wish law enforcement here was a little thougher, but this is ridiculous!!!!
If you are in a water park here, smoking, some employee of the park will kindly ask you to put out the cigarrete..If you say " Fuck Off, I´m smoking" THEN, he´ll call security to scort you out of the park.
Or am I missing something??

Actually it's in you and your daughter's best interests if the cop is not there. Then the ticket won't stick. Make sure your daughter has a good story ready.

It's standard procedure. I don't care if I'm running down the street in a thong, the cops will still have me spread out of the hood. (I don't make it a habbit of running down the street in a thong btw). If you really feel it was inappropriate, take it to the police station, not in court.

Did you think of the embarrassment you'd bring to your daughter if you brought up the situation in front of all of the people in court? You think it was bad for her in a bikini over a car? Try having to re-live that in front of a bunch of people while your dad is getting cited for contempt.

and Rio yea I think this is ridiculous too. I mean its cigarrettes not weed I mean that is putting less people of risk injury than speeding and they don't put your butt against the car for that.
