5'10 180 11bf) I've been lifting hardcore for over 3 years and have now decided to take my body to the next level. I believe I have got close to hit my platue. So after reading the books and researching on the net this is MY CYCLE:
Test Cyp @ 500mg/wk 1-10
EQ @ 400mg wk 1-10
Anavar @ 40mg/ed 1-5
Winny tabs @ 50mg/ed 6-10
Clomid Therapy 3weeks 100/50/50mg
Nolvadex on hand
Supplements while on the cycle:
Multi Vitamins
Milk Thistle 1000mg/day (Liver)
Alpha lipoic acid 600-900 mg/day(Liver)
Cranberry Extract(Kidneys)
L-Glutamine(Muscle recovery)
Protein(Diet)
I am still debating wether to front load the EQ due to the fact that I do not want my blood concentrations levels to peak and then drop. Most likely I will not depends on the feedback.
I hope to gain a solid 10-20lbs of solid muscle and drop my bf to 8-9%. With the diet I am composing I believe I can reach my goal with no problem. Please let me know what you think ANY comments are welcomed negative or positive.
