I am not the expert on this, but he provided health care for everyone, especially kids. No he has not He is bringing out troops home from Iraq. Moving them from Iraq to Afghanistan does not count as bringing troops home, it's called a transfer.. He stops people from being so racist showing that african americans can lead the nation just like any other races could.DJLegacy2k1 took care of this one

And I'm all about a smaller government, let the capitalist economy act how its meant to and run itself and stop incentivising being lazy and mooching.

I think Obama is not doing well because most people are racist and have not given him a chance. He was set up for failure since day one because of his race. I would vote for him again.
