Went to gymn last night...

It way chest day so you know what that means- HEAVY BENCH. Anyway, I was happy cause I got to try out the new springplate I use to get a really good bounce off from my chest. I did my warm ups, and was feeling really good from all the kick ass Muscle Tech products I been using lately! So I loaded up my usual weight, but then said fuck it, lets use the big plates, I mean I am using muscle tech and weight has shot up to 143lbs- time to join the big boys!!

I threw a 45 lber on each side, and got under it to start- man those plates look huge!! Anyway my buddy gives me a lift and I know it's heavy cause my arms are shaking just holding it! So here goes, I drop the weight down letting momentum carry it onto the spring plate which works AWESOME- I mean the faster I let the weight drop the higher the bounce FUCK YEAH!!!

By rep 3 I could tell I was nearing muscle failure but wanted to really feel the burn. Anyway I remember hearning guys grunt when they were lifting heavy so I gave it a try & MAN THAT SHIT WORKS!! Between my new pringplate and screaming and my buddy doing High pulls I was able to get 6 reps( a new personal best- man MUSCLE TECH KICKS ASS!!)

Best part EVERY CHICK IN THERE WAWS CHECKING ME OUT. Sp to give them a treat I took off my wife beater and statred flexing in the mirror!!

I can't wait for next chest day so I can hit the big weights again!

I thought you used that 12 long thick dilo to make sure you went down all the way- you said it makes you want to go REALLY DEEP!

congratulations...now the next time you go there try lifting up those metall rods with sircular objects on each sides..they are called weights. who knows, you might even put on some weight.

hey don't forget to arch your back really high and lift your ass of the bench about six inches when you are pushing up the weight....

I use a milk crate under my feet on each side so I can get a REAL GOOD arch!!

I saw a guy doing this last night!!!!! It's the same guy that was trying to work out with some of the "big boys" (fat but still strong). They would basically give him a lift off and then drop 275 on him. He never could press the weight without a considerable spot. But he always claimed he could do it and more. I work with one of the guys who used to drop the weight on him and told him that I saw Moron Boy struggling with 155 last night. He told me that the guy had hurt his shoulder. Gee, I wonder how. :rolleyes:
