I saw a guy doing this last night!!!!! It's the same guy that was trying to work out with some of the "big boys" (fat but still strong). They would basically give him a lift off and then drop 275 on him. He never could press the weight without a considerable spot. But he always claimed he could do it and more. I work with one of the guys who used to drop the weight on him and told him that I saw Moron Boy struggling with 155 last night. He told me that the guy had hurt his shoulder. Gee, I wonder how.![]()
