Strong front squatting......on the drill, really I'd just echo what SR said about keeping the chest puffed up and torso upright. And, you know this, but drop even faster, lol....really just exaggerate the speed and the elbow whip to the point of being ridiculous and unnecessarily fast, and listen for those shoes to stomp really loud against the floor.
Thats an impressive front squat. Your other pure strength lifts are looking stout too. There are many schools of thought on this and many different types of lifters, but I feel you can NEVER be too strong. I would never want to be one of those purely finesse lifters who lives and dies by bar whip in order to stand up with their cleans (but don't get me wrong, you need a degree of finesse too)....just keep piling weight on those front squats, get really comfortable at the rock bottom position, and really get confident feeling you can catch anything you're fast enough to squat under and you can manahndle the bar under any circumstance, even if you're slightly out of position. It should really help you when dropping fast under something really heavy, as long as you're fast enough, take confidence in the fact that it is a given you'll be strong enough to stand back up.....I was meaning to post that the other day, and just wanted to include it.
