Diet is very clean at the moment. I am taking in at least 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Right now that is about 450 grams per day, I may be a little on the low side. Otherwise, nothing fried, or fast foor. Carbs are about 25% of the rest of my diet to help keep energy up. My sleep paterns have been awesome. I cant remember the last time I slept this well. I actually wake up and feel like doing an a.m. workout. If this stack finishes as well as it started, I will definately be doing it again.
