Wearing hoodies/sweatshirts for the gym

Mamma said knock you out.

HAHAHAHAH! WTF NEED.

Sweats get in my way and bother my ROM. If it's cold wear it to keep the muscle warm but other wise it's prolly more hurt full than helpful.

Just hit the sauna after to sweat out toxins, but all your gonna loose is water weight.

i wear my hoody until i break a nice sweat, then i take it off. i usually always wear athletic pants. our gym is pretty much a huge window on 2.5 sides, temps have been down in the single digits lately, so it is a little chilly.

I started working out around 16 years old off and on. My old man made his own gym shed. Had a good 30-40k worth of shit. You think he wouls put in a heater or some ac lol. Try starting a work out with gloves,hat,3 shirts, some long jons and a hoody.

I'll wear a sweatshirt on some days for a few sets to warm up. Especially in the winter.

I see loads of guys wearing thick jumpers for the gym to do weight lifting.

What's the deal with this? It seems like they want to raise their body temperature for some reason, to burn fat? It's not at all cold in my gym and it gets pretty hot lifting weights sometimes, I just wear t-shirts.

I wear a hoodie 24/7/365...reason for it is I am too small to wear anything else.

Some self-conscious guys probably keep the sweatshirt on for part of the session because they want a nice pump before they reveal what's underneath. That's been my theory anyways.

fuck it I'll wear a hoodie until my bf% is in the low teen's, I sweat more, I don't lose any motivation or any "Rom" due to sweat. I really don't see how it hurts, it only seems to help in my opinion. if it's really hot I'll go down to a longsleeve.

I'm not there to impress anyone, just to get the best workout I can get.

I really, really, really don't see how wearing a hoodie hurts my workout, especially when my numbers are going up so rapidly.

tee shirt for me, im the type that the room always feels a lil warm compared to everyone else. no way i could work out in a sweat shirt id feel closterfobic or somthing
