You had nothing to do with the accident and saw nothing. The cop commands you to stop again, and you do not...so he stuns you!

Give me a fuckin break...If there is a peacefull resolution, as an officer of the law, you should seek that route.

Police officers are swore in to "serve and protect". Now they serve us by running fifty thousand volts of electricity through our bodies because we do not obey their command...what gives them that authority??? And how, I ask you, does that serve and protect?

The lady was in no way whatsoever endangering anyone or harming a fly...his use of force by far exceeded the use of force continueum scale...the officer was way out of line and the lady should be justly compensated. That cop should be suspended or even fired!

If you read the law it states that it is a crime to willfully refuse to obey a direct and lawful order from a peace officer.
