Warning From Another Board.(busts)

"I (along with several other mods) want to give everyone a heads up to be very careful in these trying times. For those that don't know the UG scene is extremely hot right now and busts continue to happen. I've been on these boards for a few years now and I've seen A TON of busts and scams happen. But this right now is by far the most organized effort I've seen by law enforcement (LE) to bring down sources. Attribute it to the Balco scandal, Bush's war on steroids, whatever you want. Fact is it's very bad right now.

The two biggest mex suppliers have been busted recently and many remailers for international guys seem to be getting busted as well.

This has already caused other smaller sources to be busted. Others I've talked to are getting out while the ones that stick around will be risking a lot.
I also wouldn't be surprised to see prices increase as the two bulk guys that got busted were 30%+ cheaper than the next closest guy.

My main point here is for everyone to be very careful at this time. With all the recent activity it'd be wise to do a source check with a couple mods on even the most reliable guys.

When you have the President of the United States talking about AS abuse.

And members if congress threatening to past laws to clean up MLB if the commissioner can not?

And Unfortunately the AS community has never had to deal with this level of attention.

this board does attract alot of attention...however its more of a tight run board compared to others, we have board rules that most abide by and thats what makes us great here at elite!

This is what will happen to the AAS market in the USA over the next 5 years.

All of the amateurs in the game will get busted... Why? cause they are amateurs and coduct business this way. What do I mean by amaterus? -they get scamed and do nothing. -they get caught and snitch since nobody is going to hurt them for doing it.


Once the small timers are gone, there will still be a huge demand for anabolics and no suppliers, that will create a vacuum that will be filled by proffesional organized crime organizations. The rules of the game will change, if you scam you die, if you snitch your whole family dies. The same guys that sell coke and heroin will have AAS in stock, forget about your friendly gym hookup and your knowledgeable Vet who'll sell you a few amps. The game will be run by the big boys and the stakes will be higher.

Organized crime and violence is always the response to strict drug enforcement. Until 2004 the government had never really gone after AAS dealers, now they are outhere guns blazing. Once they catch all of the amateur little guys, the real criminals will step in to fill the void. Well I can tell you one thing. Customs is working much closer with Local LE now and I agree everyone needs to take extra precaution because they are head hunting.

proffesional organized crime organizations avoid drugs and the ones that do deal with volume stocking steroids means 15 different products and volume is low.

I cannot see serious gangs getting involved in steroids, some private trigger happy guy yeah.

As big as we think the market is for this shit is, its nothing compared to a tiny pill called E that each go for $20 or a small bag of grass etc.

And the reason why its easy to bust AS is simply because people talk and yap and on some boards its so open it makes it look like people are talking about cotton candy, few people go to a message board and say "Is John Doe from Providence Rhode Island legit here is a picture of the extacy pill he sold me".

I go to many boards this one does the best at making sure idiots know they are not welcomed.

The number of deaths and illnesses caused from smoking is pretty much the total number of people using steroids, but we have no people in washington that lobby for steroids and there is no one big company that funds political figures so pretty much we dont get fined we go to jail.

This stuff happens all the time. Nothing will change. In 99 sources were dropping like flies and every one was panicking like they are now. Things will cool down eventually. The good sources have been around a while and can weather this kind of stuff. The newbies might have a tougher time because no one wants to give up a good source that's been around for a while
 
we will always be able to get steroids....there will always be people willing to get them, sell them, remail them....nothing can stop drug use unless they stop making money...

AAS can be just as profitable as narcotics and easier to smuggle into the country... Just imagine, an illegal drug that can be marked up to 10x production price and can't be sniffed by dogs at border crossings or in the mail !

Right now the bigtime organizations wont touch gear because the little guys are flooding the market with cheap products. There is just no money in it for them right now... once the little guys are gone the there will be a shortage but the demand will remain the same.

No offense taken.. but.. do your research. The BALCO investigation and the investigation into pro bb's started in 1997 under Bill Clinton. When I say started I mean... they tracked packages, phone calls, emails, msg board posts and appearances.. specifically if pro's were being compensated by wearing BALCO shirts etc in exchange for services.
The focus shifted from the large players to the small players a year or so ago. Its going to get ugly.
In New England it is a daily occurance that people are getting busted. Those who do are selling out sources and teaching the DEA how to order these items.

i'm not sure how realistic it might be but you make a good point.
 
but that shortage means a price increase will be needed to bring the market back up to equilibrium, right now there is a surplus and thats why all the UG labs are poppin up like hotcakes and gear is cheap but you are right in the sense that demand will remain the same but the key point of all this is that the price will increase, and it will increase more since the the demand and supply curves shift out for illegal market due to the risk involved, and if there are only a few labs in business after all this(which i doubt)the risk to stay in business will drive the price higher than any of us have seen
 
If you're careful, I wouldn't panic. The gov't is not going to go after every source that is out there, and forget about them trying to extradite overseas sources. All one needs to do is be careful and smart. If you start getting sloppy or your source starts getting sloppy, THEN you should probably clean house and pray.

Organized crime already deals steroids. They have for years. Organized crime comes in a hundred different shades and colors now though. You can't use the term as though there is one group like you could 30 years ago. The Russians have been dealing steroids in NY and Chicago for at least 8 years that I know of.

you guys have obviously never been to Greece have you....ever been to the DEA website, intelligence shows greeks, russians, and romanians run the markets...obvioulsy who do you think is hooking us up with major band name such as QV, Jelfa, Shering, BD products, etc...these labs have poeple that work for them that get those products out in BULK and those poeple are the organized crime groups....and they are expanding into the UG lab game to sell more product under a different name even though its the same products...they do this by getting the actual base chemicals in powder form, convert it, and sell it....ever wonder why most UG labs sell powders and liquid oral products as well as injectables?????.....trust me, they dont pay chemistry majors from harvard to work for them and create these chemicals

But, I just thought of something.

Once a source gets busted, is it common practice for LE to take over their email account and pretend to be them? Do you think that they make the dude pretend to continue to be in business to try to nab other people?

The Russians control the steroid trade here in Toronto, it's no secret. They have been for a while. They don't deal with underground stuff (as of now) Other organizations are trying to get a piece of the action here in Canada...Spectro went down for that reason a couple of years ago.

It would be naive to think that some of the sources we deal with do not do anything else on the side, especially in the US where roid sales are considered a serious offense.

is it worth it for an average joe to have all this encryption type stuff when like you said it can be hacked my a genius working for the gov't?

Imagine if you could buy a bottle of water for $1 and resell for $17,000, that's why the gov. keeps trying but fails with drugs like cocaine; thus, the next possible choice is steroids, smaller markup (less profits) but easier to shut down the little guys and EVEN the big guys.

This whole "investigation" really depends on how serious it's taken, if the gov (LE) has a lot of resources invested, then NO SOURCE IS SECURE - especially if you're out in the open. It would probably take 12 months, but a person even abroad could be discovered with time - just like any outside private investigation. I've seen sources go down in the past - even from China; it is true that they could have dealt 'other' products ont he side, but I have no proof of that.

I say, stick to your guns and stay safe; if you are a newcomer, just drop off for a while, and old-timer will make his/her own decisions. With all this heat and sources going down left and right, why risk anything? just get out. Personally, I see too many kids getting into the 'business' (so I hear it's called) and really not knowing what to do - you don't start a dental office with you working in it if you're not a dentist, do you? so don't get into these hot businesses if you dont know what you're doing.

I personally believe that running these 'hot' business ventures is just not worth it, for I can start a small->medium sized business and make about the same profits as I hear these kids make; however, it would be hands-off, legal and I wouldn't have a heart attack everytime I go to the mailbox. I see people brag that their business makes $10K per week, well, I hate to break it to you but legally I have ran 2 retail locations (food related) in the past that brought in net $12K per week (after tax), so don't let this stigma get you. USE YOUR HEAD!

I wouldn't use PGP, it's just not safe anymore. Stick to DriveCrypt to create BLOWFISH encryption for your drive's partitions and use BC wipe for all your free space.

P.S. I use drivecrypt but I see people that use Best Crypt and like it too, so it's really up to the user.

that would be the utopian way :) but, for most, it's hard to just fresh install, so you can just create a large partition on your HD, cut and paste folders and files into it, the BC wipe your drive with DOD (department of defense) 7 run deletion process.

For example, on one of my computers, I have an 80GB HD and 60GB are in an encrypted partition while the rest are open; when I save files they go into the partition and anything I open/add/save etc... go into the partition. Then I do BC wipes of my HD daily and when I delete a file it's ONLY with BC wiping and DOD rewrite.

For MAXIMUM security, I double encrypt file; sometimes I'll use ABI coder to password protect a file in my encrypted partition...therefore, logically it would take the fastest computer in the world about 1,000,000 years to hack both of those (and that's a rough estimate I've read). No ONE, to this day has been able to hack blowfish (1344 bit) encryption, even with a $100,000 prize!

Also, before I finish off, I suggest everyone has 3 things (minimal) on their computer: 1) an ANTI-VIRUS - yes, the FBI does have a software that's alike carnivore but used in infecting computer with trojans, I don't recall the name right now. 2) anti-adware, go to www.download.com and type in adaware, that's what you want, keep it updated and it will keep malware off the computer too....Last, 3) FIREWALL, I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, DO NOT SURF THE INTERNET WITHOUT ONE! I for one use 2 firewalls, hardware and software, I have a linux box as a hardware firewall and use a software firewall on the specific computers.

how the hell do you know all that???? what i do is only connect my computer when im surfing the net other than that it is always unconnected thus it greatly cuts down on the chance of a hacker getting in there and browsing around, other than that they would have to come through the plug outlet and that cant happen

The media never asks this tool why is ok to throw someone in jail for doing something he did and built his entire fame on. Could he take a polygraph and pass it like you might have to in order to empty the trash at a friggin airport? Yet he is the gov of California and some people want a constitutional ammendment so the dipshit can run for president while you go to jail.

that's a good way to do it, but last stats. I've heard is that if you're computer isn't patched up (Microsoft UPDATES: START - > WINDOWS UPDATES) and no firewall is up, you can be infected in 9-15min. of surfing - that's the avr. short-time I've seen.

So be careful, better be safe then sorry :)

It's ironic, but the people in the USA never realize the extent of the current socialst domination put out by both parties. PPL. lose some freedoms and they gain some power - and it goes on.

using all these email programs is like using an telephone encryption device to avoid having your phone tap, it doesnt work like that because the tap is on your local phone it doesnt tap in transit.

Especially now with the Patriot Act the feds have new powers allowing them to install local monitoring devices on your machine either by entering your home or remotly, doesnt matter how you transmit messages what matters is what you type, kind of lets say you installed Eblaster spy software on your friends computer (by the way they now have a remote installation version) you see what they typed even if they send thru PGP etc.

FISA warrants for domestic crimes is not uncommon either.

So if they go after a dealer they will see everything he types and everything he saw on his screen and everything he typed regardless what he used to send.
 
I don't think they do much with computers, they always just try and bust someone receiving or selling - like they did in that news media posted, cyber-rights, EF mail is safe enough, as long as the emails arn't on your HD and are instead in the internet inside the hush system..so they can't be confiscated if the computer gets confiscated, no-ones gonna try to go after those emails..

yea but who do you go after? Government isnt a person, you cant point me in one direction or place and say "thats government." Government is an IDEA passed down from generation to generation. It took a long time for our freedoms to get taken away from us, bu they have been. Slowly, one by one, we lose ground every day. Thats why the problem cant be solved instantly either. At some point our 'freedoms' get so wrapped up in legislation that you go past the point of no return and just have to start over from scratch.
Lets remember, all these laws that have been passed because WE voted these lawmakers into power. WE had a say in many of these issues, and this state we're currently in is due to the majority decisions of the United States. Sucks, huh?
Freedom and Safety are like weights on both sides of a scale. If one goes up, the other decreases. Take away freedooms, and we as a people are safer, and vica-versa. It sounds good at first to be 'safer' but in all actuallity it IS NOT the governments job to 'protect me!' There used to be a saying, something like "haebus corpus"-it stood for "buyer beware." DO YOUR RESEARCH ON ANYTHING BEFORE MAKING DECISIONS!!! No one wants to take responsibility for their ineptitude and laziness so they file a lawsuit, suing McDonalds after they spill the coffee on themselves, and now I cant go anywhere and get a cup of coffee thats more than lukewarm unless I specifically ask!!! This is a minor example of how it all happens on a bigger scale. Medical lawsuits, medicines, childrens toys, blah blah blah. Parents need to take some damn responsibility and actually raise their kids (and themselves) and stop relying on the govt. to do it before we lose the little bit of 'freedom' we have left. Sorry to ramble.

i dont know, it sounds correct, it cost only a few hundred dollars to produce multihundred pounds of coke, and they sell it in the states for around 17 a kilo, and for personal use it can go up as much as 30 grand

Various forms of encryption will deter the "15 year old hackers" but to a season'd pro with the right resources, it wouldn't be difficult to crack the encryp. key.

ok... from the lowest level of production, Las FARC (Guerilla) pays the farmers between 3-6 dollars per Kilo of Coca leaf... High retail for a Kilo of Coke in NY is between 16-18k.

I guess if you do the math from leaf to retail he might not be completely off the mark, but still is like comparing apples to oranges.

BTW- I'm not 100% sure if the Vid was shot in the last three months... I only think is was for 2 reasons. 1- the guy seems to be wearing winter clothes (he is in Mass.) ans 2- the boxes of QV on the table clearly shows the new shrink wrap boxes that QV went to this year.
