# POST 1 — THE INNER CIRCLE INTRODUCTION -- Direct from Lab Pricing +Fair markup!

Hey everyone,

Long term EF member but new to promoting my brand!
I will warn you now there is a lot going on i am building something different with a specific goal in mind so bare with me over the next weeks i will be posting information daily!

My brand **The Inner Circle**, since 2025 already is successful locally
so I wanted to quickly introduce myself and explain what I’ve been building.

I’ve spent roughly the last **8 months** working on this project every day, after about 22 years as being myself a customer in this space.
Over those years, one thing became obvious to me:

Everything is too fragmented.

One category from one place.

Another category somewhere else.

Supplies from another company.
Then calculators, product information, testing, tracking, education, and everything else are scattered across completely different websites.

The Inner Circle is being built to change that.

The goal is not just to be the cheapest in Canada.
The goal is to have everything in one place.
A large inventory covering every major category, so customers are not forced to shop across three, four, or five different companies just to put together what they need.

One place. One catalog. Every category. Cheapest prices across the board!

And while building that kind of selection, I also want the pricing to make sense across the entire catalog.
One thing that has always bothered me is the model where one or two products are priced extremely low to attract attention, while everything around them is marked up enough to make the difference back.
I don’t want a few cheap products. I want the entire catalog priced aggressively.

The full website and companion application are currently targeted for launch around October 15.

The website and application will be built for regular retail customers and will include the complete premium experience:

T* a large organized catalog across every major category

* the cheapest pricing in Canada

* premium black-and-gold branding

* full product packaging

* independent testing and COAs

* calculators and planning tools

* education and product information

* inventory and supply tracking

* reminders

* restock requests

* market-price monitoring

* and the companion application

The overall idea is simple:

One place for the products.
One place for the information.
One place for the calculators.
One place for the tracking.
One place for the education.
Instead of jumping between multiple websites and sources just to organize everything, I want **The Inner Circle** to bring it all together.

Build it → organize it → track it → keep the relevant information together.

## WEBSITE TESTING & COA VERIFICATION

The full retail website will also have its own independent testing and verification system.
Every vial sold through the website will carry a unique identifying number linked to its specific batch*
That number will be on the product page and on the vial.
Whenever a batch changes the number on the page will automatically change as well.

Enter that number on the website and it will take you directly to the specific COA associated with that batch, so you can verify exactly which test belongs to the product you received. And see if any reviews good or bad, come backs, suggestions are written about that specific batch ir other COA personal lab tests that clients decided to share will also be linked!

My position on the website testing system is simple:

Don’t just trust me. Verify it.

I’m not expecting anyone to automatically trust a new project.
Trust has to be earned through consistency, transparency, testing, customer service, pricing, and time.

## THE FORUM — DIRECT PRICING

This forum will serve a different purpose.
Customers contacting me through the forum and **Proton email** will have access to a much simpler direct-pricing model designed around keeping unnecessary overhead as low as possible.

The idea is simple:
Cut the noise. Cut the expenses. Keep the product. Drop the price.
I’ll explain exactly how that pricing works in the next post.

My goal is not simply to build another company selling the same things as everyone else.

My goal is to build a platform where people can find an extremely broad catalog, information, tools, testing, tracking, and support in one place — while still having the option of a simpler direct model built primarily around price.

I spent 22 years on the customer side, so I know which parts of the experience frustrated me and what I always wanted companies to do differently.
I knew how much products actually costed and how insanev
I’ll use this thread to break down each part of the project separately instead of trying to explain everything in one introduction.

If something looks wrong, something is missing, or you think something could be improved, tell me.

I want the feedback.

# POST 2 — CURRENT PRICING

I said in the introduction that The Inner Circle is the cheapest in Canada.

So rather than keep talking about it, I’d rather show you.

If you can find the same comparable product cheaper from a major Canadian supplier, send it to me.
I want to see it i will beat there price by 10%

The goal is not to use one or two cheap products to make the catalog look inexpensive.
The goal is to keep the entire catalog competitive.

The website is being built with AI-based market monitoring that scans major Canadian competitors every day and flags pricing changes.

That allows me to continuously compare the market and adjust pricing whenever necessary to keep The Inner Circle at the lowest price in Canada.
There will be two different pricing models.

## WEBSITE & APPLICATION

The website and application will be the regular retail side with the complete premium experience:
* premium black-and-gold packaging
* individual product boxes
* customer accounts
* XP and rewards
* calculators and planning tools
* education
* tracking systems
* independent testing and COAs
* online batch verification
* inventory tools
* reminders
* and the complete platform

## FORUM & DIRECT PROTON EMAIL

The forum side is completely different.
It is built around **direct 5-vial pricing** and cutting unnecessary expenses as aggressively as possible.

And when I say volume pricing, I’m not talking about forcing somebody to buy 50 or 100 vials.

The minimum is only 5 vials.
No luxury packaging.
No expensive presentation.
No unnecessary extras.

No payment processor adding fees to every transaction.

No added cost from the website’s independent-testing and public batch-verification system.

Cheaper shipping whenever possible.

Just simple packaging, lower overhead, and pricing designed to be drastically cheaper than normal Canadian retail pricing.

Supplier or manufacturer COAs can still be provided directly when available, but the forum side is intentionally separate from the website’s independent-testing system.

The whole point is to strip away expenses that are part of the premium retail experience and pass those savings directly into the price.

For example, a product that might normally sell elsewhere in Canada for $80–$100 per vial could be around
$60 per vial on my regular website and around $45 per vial when purchasing 5 directly through the forum.

That means somebody could potentially get 5 vials for roughly what 2–3 vials might cost elsewhere.
Those numbers are only an example of how the pricing model is intended to work.
The final prices are not fixed yet.

I’ll keep adjusting them as we go, comparing the Canadian market and making sure the direct pricing stays as low as I can reasonably make it.

I’m not trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of every order.
Once the business makes the margin it needs to operate properly and I’m compensated a small but fair amount, I’m happy.
A lot of businesses spend their time looking for ways to make more money on every transaction.

Some even charge customers a fixed shipping rate that is much higher than what they actually pay and keep the difference as extra profit.

That won’t happen with me.
Shipping works the same way as everything else:
You pay the actual discounted commercial shipping cost.
If my commercial rate for your order is $11.80, you pay $11.80.
Not $25.
Not $50
No hidden profit built into the shipping.

I spent 22 years being the customer
The goal now is to build the kind of pricing and customer experience I always wanted to receive myself.
I would rather build life long customers by giving people strong value than try to maximize the profit on every single transaction.
If somebody finds a comparable Canadian price lower than mine, send it to me.

I want to know about it!

# WHAT’S COMING NEXT

Over the next week and beyond, I’m going to break down the entire project properly instead of trying to explain everything in one massive post.
While waiting for the official launch October 15th!

I’ll be adding updates regularly and going through each part of The Inner Circle one section at a time.

Here is what is coming:

**Post #3 — Pre-Launch Status**
Where the project stands right now, what is already finished, what is still being completed, and how the rollout will work leading up to the website launch.

**Post #4 — Testing, COAs & Verification**
How the website testing system will work, batch identification, COA lookup, independent verification, and how discrepancies will be handled.

**Post #5 — Website & Application Features**
The calculators, planning tools, education library, inventory tracking, reminders, reconstitution tracking, supply tracking, market-price monitoring, and the companion application.

**Post #6 — Customer Experience & Guarantees**
How I want problems handled, communication, mistakes, refunds, accountability, and the standard of customer service I want The Inner Circle to operate under.

**Post #7 — Warehouses, Shipping & Fulfillment**
How the Canadian fulfillment network will work, warehouse expansion, inventory distribution, shipping, and how I plan to keep delivery as efficient and inexpensive as possible.

**Post #8 — Product Requests & Restocks**
How customers will be able to request products, report what they want stocked, and help determine what gets prioritized next.

**Post #9 — XP, Levels & Rewards**
The loyalty system, XP progression, discounts, free products, gifts, milestone rewards, early access, and the benefits that unlock as customers level up.

**Post #10 — Updates & Announcements**
Website progress, new inventory, product additions, testing updates, corrections, warehouse updates, application updates, and other major changes.

**Post #11 — Community Feedback**
Suggestions, criticism, requests, improvements, and changes made based on feedback from the people actually using the platform.

I’ll be going through everything slowly and properly.
There is a lot more behind this project than just a product list, and I want people to be able to see exactly what is being built and how it will work as we get closer to launch.
Multiple surprises and insane give a ways!
We have 100 GIFT BOXES worth 430$ each
And so much more!
