Vitamins a waste of $$ while on Roids

Is it true that while on roids of any kind that taking vitamins are a waste becaue the vitamins will be depleted. I am taking vitamin C, E and b12 now.

Should i just stop taking them while i start the cycle.

Dont know which board i read this but i did some place a while ago.

I don't know whether they're depleted or not on cycle, but if that was the case, you would want to supplement with MORE vitamins to make up for the deficiency.
