I gotta admit, as clueless as the black guy was, he did have you beat on the upper back area, physically.

My upper back was a weak area too, so that didnt help, I've been pounding it since and its not so weak anymore. I do plan on competing again, but at least 20lbs or more heavier

He was probably so dehydrated and running on empty he didn't know what the hell he was doing.

He and Needsize both looked good, but I would have gave it to the other guy because of the back and legs.

Sounds like everyone wants to blow you on how great you look. You do look good granted but could use a little "tweaking" on your posing and mandatory shots. Don't take this as a put down or anything but this might help you a little on your next show.

Side Chest-remember to pose from bottom up. Get your legs SET first then hit your chest. Also, flex your rear leg, try pulling your front leg over into your rear leg. Sounds funny but same concept when your younger and flex your bicep and push it up fromt behind. It will make your hams look wider. What you want onstage!

REAR shots- Try turning out your non flexing calf left more at 45 degree out. It will make your leg sweep look larger.

From what I see you look good. You look like you could have been a little "drier.." but after binge eating I guess that is respectful. You might be better suited as middleweight. I think...

You looked good all in all.

I was thinking the same thing about the posing. It is so hard to tell how your legs looked because of the light.

Yeah you know the other guy was not as dry and ripped as you were, so maybe you could diet a little less hard in order to maintain size?

I agree you look great, and I want you to succeed. So take everyone's advice as constructive criticism.

Oh yeah one more critique: I think you would have looked better in white briefs with on of these on the butt:

You looked awesome bro. Got a couple questions for you as I am dieting for my first show right now...8 weeks out. What was your diet like the last 4 weeks?

What did you eat the day of the show?

How much water weight did you lose the last week?

Wow. Been to quite a few shows and you would have taken all of them. You can really see all the time you spent preparing. Absolutely awesome my friend. I'm still laughing when Alltraps tells that guy to get the fuck out of the way. It reminds me of my boys. When you hear it you can tell he is ready to back that shit up to. Man you look awesome lean and like monster huge!! Keep up the good work!!!
 
You look ripped, but for size you are lacking, you would not stand out at a contest..and why do you have to post your picture everywhere, other people compete at a much higher level and do not post pictures video's etc.on every board possible...its good to be proud of yourself but lets not go overboard....
 
Why is it that everyone thinks you have to be huge to bodybuild? Everyone complains about how nasty R. Coleman looks because of his size, but then the same people give Needsize shit because he don't weigh 200plus in competition. He looks great for an amateur bb...and if you look so much better, then post a pic and prove it. Better yet, try to stick to a diet that would get you down to 4% (it's hell).
