I'm week 9 of a 12 week 350mg/ week test e cycle and while I've had good gains both in strength, weight and performance in the gym ...... i generally just feel tired during the day.

If I could I would be able to sleep all day and often find myself needing a mid morning and mid afternoon nap.

Is this normal?
 
For some people it is.

Remember going through puberty as a teenager and wanting/needing a lot of sleep?

The sudden influx of androgens can cause you to feel completely sandbagging.

Also, many people who use too much a.a.s. at one time find themselves suffering from this. You find pros that can do 1 gram of test weekly and not be affected at all by it due to the above average level of muscularity and size. But you put a newbie at 180lbs on 1 gram weekly and that dude will be glued to the couch most of the day.
 
i must say actully im on my 5th week of my first cycle being test e and the first 3 weeks were good i didnt need much sleep but lately i feel the same as u i want a morrning sleep afternoon sleep i feel over tired as well

hell I just walk up a few hours ago and I think ill go take a nap... :worried:
 
i used to sleep as much as i could by choice when on cycle, around noon i would usually get tired probably from the food rush but when it was gym time and after a few ephedrine i was good to go then id come home eat and go to bed around 8-9 and wake up at 6 the next day. sleep is important, its when you grow.
 
im always tired 2 it suxs...i think its also from the intense training we do...i know after i do legs im tired the rest of the day
 
Great post! I'm halfway through my second week and feel tired all the time. It's hard to get shit done at work because of it. This thread let's me know I'm not the only one. I thought once the Test finally kicked in I would be filled with energy and screwing everything in sight....not the case. I may not be filled with energy, but I already have gains after only a week and a half. That makes me think who cares about energy. I can take a rockstar for that.
 
Remember that when your on cycle your body is growing, your working out more and your hormones are screwy. This all adds up to needing more rest typically, especially later into a cycle. At least for me seems to have the effect after I have been on for a while.
