I have finally started this cycle as follows:
300 Test C weekly
500 Primo weekly
50 Var weekly
After a week of TRT dose and waiting for final components I began increasing reps and dropping the weight a little bit.
Middle of last week I got Salmonella and required several days down time and iv hydration. Now that I am feeling better I am ready to go.

I dont notice the anavar quite yet, I do notice I feel a little warmer than usual though. I am thinking I should notice Primo in another week or so?


Tomorrow is legs and I plan to lift as heavy as possibly for high reps. Should I be aiming for 4x25 for squats, possibly 275-290lb range?

I was in a hotel bathroom in the fetal position with bloody diarrhea. My electrolytes were pretty much non existent according to the ER doc. Within 5-6 hours I felt better but not great.

Another dad said you look F”d up, he drove my girl to the game to en picked me up and dropped me off at the ER and picked me up later four or so after I was hydrated and given some antibiotics. Salmonella thrives in the gut and wastes you. I felt like hell.

The Anavar has a nice feel to it, I pop 25mg both am/ pm. Does the Primo "kick in" or does it just gradually build up like Deca did?
I am using lower dosage test so that I end up diluting the Primo some to prevent PIP. I normally do my hips and glutes but thought hey a leg pin can be that bad, damn felt like I got stabbed.


So is the general consensus that I should be pushing 20-25 per set? Arms, deltoids, back etc. Then add in a x50 set for squats or calves or chest?
So For a heavier set 2x25 and 1x50 for the larger muscle groups? I find it fascinating I can drive heavy weights still with back and arms mostly even thought the deca size and mostly diminished. @man05 i would say general go for 25rep sets to close most weight pushes and exercises

Push went well even with lower reps, I had to get it through my skull I cant high rep my max bench weights, reality has set it. That being said I can increase the weight with the higher reps, no?

Today I used a swiss bar I have in the garage, it worked my chest harder than straight bar big time, I will begin to mix things up with this bar. On the flyes I kept elbows slightly bent, went deep off the bench and stayed lined up with the nipple plane hell of a finishing exercise. I was so gassed I could barely hit 48 reps on 135lbs to finish my 50 rep shredder set. But the pump was insane, I have some small separation in top and lower pec, super sweet. Down the road this will become more pronounced I'm sure. No sure if its Primo or not but I have some more volume overall, its kinda tight, firmer than Deca swell but more refined looking.

Here's the weights: I would like to set a goal of 205 -215 for my high rep sets, is that a bad idea, dangerous? Dips Id liek to add back some weight but today I could barely go to 90 degrees. Shoulders feel really good, should I bump to 25 or stay where they are at, what about another set? Are my sets good overall, I can push another set across the board if need be.

eat more whole eggs instead of egg whites

Apart from this, how should my macros be stacked out for goals? Am I about right 400 protein, 50-60 fat, 100 or so carbs?

You every buy just the egg white in the cartons? Easy to toss in the microwave and eat daily if u wanted to go that route
All I have been buying lately are egg whites, I drink them. I will look up some recipes to make.

Friday was a great Pull session, really enjoyed todays workout, tweaked weights for the side curls up 5lbs, felt really gassed for the reclined/ seated curls. I went overboard eating an entire turkey and swiss sandwich, but it fueled my workout with a small bowl of rice krispies and protein isolate mixed in. Yesterdays use of the swiss bar yielded maximum stretch as I am still sore today from those chest presses.

Workout felt fire today, totally smooth and good effort and strength. Legs in the AM, going to cruise on the motivation for today for tomorrow. I'm digging the high reps now, have to pace myself on the sets. I can really see now how this training is going to help me the next time I go heavy again with more sets and lower reps, this is amazing.

What's a palms out db row look like?
Like this, about to switch back to chest supported bench rows palms out and palms in. I lift less weight palms out and feel I engage the upper trapezius and get a really good squeeze, set 3 is most challenging. Probated grip is easier because it’s basically like a heavy row. Soon I’ll have a wide bar grip for straight bar rows.

I need more core ideas, been doing sets of 20 each side obliques standing with 53lb kettlebells

The toast and peanut butter an hour before then a cup of Rice Krispies 30 minutes before was 🔥 for the legs today, my new secret weapon. Thank you for that tip.

i suggest you drink psyllium husk 2x/day 1 tbps to keep cravings down
and add 1 capsule n2slin X with meals to help you lean and cravings down

and primo dont make you hungry its the cutting stack and diet

About to throw in some front squats as well for development and variety. My shorts are getting tight in the thighs, only shorts that don’t fit that way are my old running shorts which are short and I find those best for squatting. My favorite exercise is squat.
 
Bros psyllium husk will cut down on the Cravings I agree with that
I will add a small bit early am, been taking a small bit nightly before sleep for digestion and bowels, it works great with my pre biotic.
