Hey Bro's,

Here's the updates from the cycle week by week:

Start: 196lbs
week 1: 208lbs
week 2: 211lbs
week 3: 216lbs
week 4: 218lbs
week 5: 220lbs

Just started week 6 yesterday

Here's the scoop, strength is through the roof, bench has gone up from 220 - 270, may not be alot for some of you guys, but it's quite an improvement for me!!

Arms have increased about 1 1/2 inches. waist about 2 1/2 inches :-( , 3 1/2 inches on chest!!!

same old story though, i can't notice any real size difference, but EVERYONE else can.

Cycle
weeks 1-2:50mg anadrol a day
week3: 100mg anadrol
weeks 4-5: 45mg dbol
week 6: 100mg dbol
weeks 1-12: 750mg sust.
weeks 7-16: 300mg deca/400mg eq

calories are around 4000 a day 300 protein, 90 fat.

Things i've noticed:
very hard to continue through workouts because of the major pumps in forearms and pain in right shoulder bothers me sometimes.

No real side effects, a little tightness in lower back, but nothing serious, been taking all of my helpers.

Weeks 1-5, did sust shots in glutes, virtually no pain, i get my g/f to do them. she wasn;t around for week 6 shot yesterday, so i did it in thigh, OUCH!!! limping all day long, can barely squat down to tie shoes--looks really silly. Why is this??? I think maybe, i could be wrong here, but i have virtually no fat on legs, very hard meaty thighs, where my ass as alot more fat. do you think the sust got more deeper into the muscle in leg, therefore causing more pain?? do you think more pain means better absorption into muscle??

let's hear your thoughts!!!

How much more weight can be expected to come?

The body can handle 17aa's better then most think. For a short cycle those doses are fine. Nice gains bro, good luck on the rest :)
 
Dude - if you don't notice gains like that you could probably get hit by a bus and be unfazed. You are doing well but gaining much more and the world will know you are using roids - if you care.

Incidentally - Who hooked you up with an Anadrol, Dbol, Test, Equ, and Deca cycle? You are taking heavy shit and big dosages. I'm curious how arrived at that combo.

If you only benched 220 before, I am assuming you are a novice to gear (and I could be wrong because my bench is way below the rest of my lifts). I pray this is not your first or 2nd cycle as I would shoot the person that made this suggestion.

Also be aware that rapid strength gains cause lots of stress to joints and tendons.

I wasn't implying that he was going to die. I was just curious as to why someone would find it neccesary to take 100mg of dbol, for their first cycle no less. Good Lord man, i have seen my friends gain some serious weight taking 35mg a day by itself for 6 weeks :)
 
Thanks for all the great replies, and no this isn't my 1st cycle, i've done about 4 -5 of em before, really only 2 "good" cycles before. This is the first time i cracked the 220lb barrier, funny though, i thought i'd look alot bigger at 220. btw, alot of people are accusing me of jucing, well.whatever.
