Up 20 lbs......so far.

Here is my 4 week update....

I gained 20 lbs in exactly 1 month. I went from 140lbs to 160lbs. Before gear I was benching 135 on my first set 10 times 145 my second set 6 times and 155 on my third set 4 times. I was never really strong but I have alays been very lean.

Now my bench is .......Warm-up set 145 15 times. My first set is 185 10 times. 195 6 times. 225 3 times.

i have increased in my incline barbell press big time. My last set I incline 65 5-6 times. I am currently at lass then 4% body fat. I do not know my exact body fat because the machine only reads 4% and up.....I am pretty defined so i do not think I will need a cutting cycle but I may do another bulking cycle to get up to 185. I have noticed a little GYNO but nothing to heavy and I also have my Nolvadex and Clomid on the way. I have always had acne but however this cycle seems to be pretty good. I am noticing a litttle on my chest and arms but not to bad on the face. This cycle seems to be working out weel. I actually just received and e-mail from my source stating stuff should be here soon. Things are going pretty good right now for me and I hope that things are going good for all the rest of the members on the board.
 
Good shit bro, yep im half way through my test/deca/winn cycle and am sittin at 5'10 230 ill be tryin to break 240 by the end of next month, it should not be a problem

The anti-E's and clomid, in my book, are every bit as important as the AAS. I would never start a cycle with all goodies in my posession.
 
Ttokkyo Deca 450mg a week. - 225mg on Mon and Thur.
Ttokkyo Cyp 600mg a week. - 300mg on Mon and Thur.
Ara-Test 2500 1 c on Mon and Thur.

I have been eating like a horse and drinking at least 1.5 gallons of water a day. I also picked up a mountain bike 2 weeks ago and I have been biking a quite a bit. I feel great. But I am starting to have a hard time fitting in my pants.
 
Good point Zyglamail......I was very anxious looking at my gear every morn.

Yakuza..I love Ttokkyo products.

Just thought I would fill people in. I am taking 450 mg a week of deca. I am very horny all of the time. I have had no problems getting it up while taking this cycle.
 
good gains man. but i would never recommend anyone using with as little experience as u apparently have. u have to build a good "natural" base before getting on the "shit". i benched 3 plates for 2 reps before i ever used anything. not that thats impressive. but it took about 3 years to get there. im not a natural bencher. my best advice is to be patient. size will come. but this is a game of time. druggin or not. robby robinson said once, " you cant beat time". words to live by. another suggestion. dont waste all your strength on lighter wieghts. u said u did 145 for 15. man do 8 and put it down. then go 185 for 4-5 and put it down. then do 2 plates for your first working set. i guarantee u wil hit 5-6 reps instead of the 3 your doing now. poundage is everything. overload!!!!!! when u train for size train for strength first. get stronger - get bigger. u do this and i guarantee u will be hitting 2 1/2 in no time. if u go light u look light! good luck my friend!
 
Thanks phattboy.......You are completly right about time. But I have been skin and bones to long. Next Monday my workout is going to change to lifting really heavy. I also do not want to hurt myself but my workouts are pretty intense. After working out I need to sleep! I cannot even think of doing anything else.
