I still don't understand the division banning. I don't know how people can be "harassed" over the internet.

unless he was calling people and making thousands of names to harrass them and flooding PM boxes and stuff, if your too much if a pussy to ignore the person, or not take a couple of words seriously, then the only one to blame for the harrasments is yourself

(again i stress this is only my view if he wasnt flooding boxes, or getting peoples phone numbers and making thousands of names for the harrasment, in which case it would become a huge hastle and banning his IP to stop people from leaving would be necessary)

lets me clarify again HE ONLY USED ALTERS AFTER ULCASTER (the name) WAS BANNED.

btw, luciousbrown, thats awsome of u, ill donate u some K for that, not sure how it would help, but maybe u can trade in K with the 30$ to get his plat (or your own) extended?
