Hey my son (18) is having gyno surgery next tuesday and then his wisdom teeth pulled about a week after. Bodybuilding is his life he's 6"3 210lbs at 6% bf. From what the doctor told him he will atleast be out of the gym for a month especially due to two different procedures being done. Now are there any certain foods or vitamins or supplements that could be taken to a)limit muscle lost and/or b)speed up recovery time? and finally on r u i they sell different kinds of gh which ive heard gh greatly speeds up recovory time. Could any of those sold on that site (and if so which ones) be benificial for his recovory? (not talking long term use just until he can return to normal training)
