right now 2 cans/day of CHUNK LIGHT TUNA 14 cans/week, screw Albacore I prefer the Chunk Light already MUSHED up I can just spoon it into my mouth and swallow!

I'm approaching point of no return

With each can I'm getting closer to puking :worried:

BTW, I just moved to Skipjack tuna, from Yellow fin... and find it:

much more tastier
not that dry
cheaper as hell (1.59€/can for yellow fin, 0.59€/can on Skipjack) why the huge price difference? no idea , but it adds up quickly when you eat 30 cans/month

I eat around 18, sealed, 7oz, no drain packs, of tuna and/or Salmon per week. Been more Salmon lately because my local store had them cheaper than tuna.

i used to eat 4 cans a day- no shit. one day i had enough; couldn;t eat any more. it had been five years until i decided to get the white albacore in the pouches.

stumbled on this one and it tastes good!!!

2 pouches- dumped out in a strainer and rinsed/mixed with a fork to clean it off and get rid of much of the sodium.

once rinsed and strained, put in to a bowl and add 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

then add 1 tabelspoon of balsamic vinegar.

then add 1 cup brown rice.

mix and enjoy! works out to be about 500 high quality calories.

and i swear to fucking god it tastes good. fishy taste is completely gone. sweet olive oil and balsamic vinegar mmmmm

arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I'm sick of tuna
