Oh Pintoca! You don't know what your missing. It's tuna with cheese melted on top in between two slices of bread. Or, you can just have the tuna and cheese.

Usually two cans a day, so about 14 a week unless I'm in the mood for chicken at some point. Was always doing Mayo and Tuna when I was looking to bulk, but now that I'm cutting I'm trying tuna with corn and hot sauce (I saw it on here somewhere). Sooo good.
zero now...used to eat 2-3 cans a day before i read all about the Mg posining...
I had a great lil way to eat alot of it and it tasted good too
1. drain water
2. add sunflower seeds
3. add hot sauce
havent had tuna in the longest time... such a cheap source of protien but too dangerous imo... i almost want to get a test for mercury to just make sure i am ok.. (if i was ok i dont think id still even touch it

my coworkers look at me funny when they walk into my office and i'm scooping tuna out the can with a little plastic spoon . . . at like 10:30 in the morning. personally i think the taste is way easier to stomach than chicken. chicken's good when you season it right, but given the choice between eathing a 1/4 lb of plain chicken breast or plain tuna, i'd stick with the tuna. PLUS it's cheap and doesn't need refridgeration. I only eat one pouch a day though, sketched about mercury.
