ive recently started reducing my protein shakes, and replaced them with tuna. now i wanna hear all your different recipies for tuna, so i can make it more tasty.

Right now im eating tuna sandwich. i buy tuna in water. remove the water, and put it in a bowl, where i mix it with sumthing called cucumber mix..it tastes great..and then i place it between two slices of bread and voila..

couple things you can add to tuna for sandwiches or to just eat. I think all are great, but not sure what you'd like...

onions, relish (I know sodium, but I don't worry about it with the amount of water I drink), Miracle Whip...

You can also eat straight tuna with pineapple or salsa. I make tuna sandwiches with fat free miracle whip and use light bread. Two slices of bread have 17g of carbs with 5 coming from fiber. I've found it a great way of increasing my fiber intake and still restrict carb intake while dieting, I don't do keto diets just stay under 200 g per day.

Ok here goes...Take tuna and put it in a bowl. Add a whole egg or 2 eggwhites (whichever is more useful for bulking or cutting). Add cut up celery, onions, relish. Mix everything and make the tuna into 2 patties like hamburgers. Fry them with non-stick cooking spray on both sides for a couple of minutes. Add tomatoes and lettuce on a whole wheat bagel and there you go. Easy and tastes great!

I know this wont be for everyone but I love a dash of balsamic vinegar, garlic powder and pepper with tuna and wheat thins or red onion.

I chop boiled egg whites and onion, put lots of pepper and a little bit of salt, and the TINIEST bit of light mayo (like a tablespoon worth) and mix well. Then toast 2 pieces of whole wheat, heap on the tuna mix and EAT!......yummmmmmy :p
