Tricep Question

K so I started working about 2-3 months ago...just recently I started really seeing results...my arms are getting toned and what not...but I noticed my left arm seems more toned/ cut and my left arms tricep is bigger than my right arms...Now i heared its normal for your arm that u write with/use to get bigger b4 your weaker arm...but the thing is... im right handed..and my left is the weak arm..how can i make up for this..its pretty much bothering me...should i workout my right arm abit more?

i kind of see the same thing in my self. but that is the thing, it is only me... my girlfriend does not see anything at all. that is why i think you just pretty much make this stuff up in your head from looking at yourself for so long.

and if they are not the same, i would not try to work one out more then the other, i am sure the lagging one will catch back up. if not you are just out of luck, you are built weird.

by this logic, you could just work out your arms a little more on both sides and get faster gains.....right? the "more leads to more" theory probably doesn't apply here.

you'll balance out...stop looking so hard. :)

I personally add one or two sets of arm work for my weaker arm once per week. I haven't really noticed much, but it provides peace of mind.

Keepin in mind that the difference tends to balance out the more mass and strength you add.

My arms are weird too, im right handed, although my left tricep is a different shape so it appears bigger... thats what im thinking.

switch to unilateral exercises.....
