My girl and i both started Trex about a week ago...I have used it before and love it...so shes been taking it for about a week now and started to notice that her legs are swollen and holding water....could this be from TREX..its the only thing new introduced into her life/diet etc.........i dont think shes drinking enough water....im assuming that would help..

possible that water is the issue. Its very uncommon for people to experience any water retention with thermorexin, though yohimbine can cause it. are her legs where she tends to store fat? (indicating A2 presence)

well in her case its a sign that its working. Yohimbine is an antidiuretic, because its active in those areas it can cause water retention (even though the other ingredients typically offset this). When she stops using it the water will go away. Which will make her losses more prominent.

she could use cardio breeze, which is yohimbine free.

if she does have trouble with losing that lower body fat, reccomend yohimburn ES (this will deliver higher amounts of yohimbine directly to the trouble tissue, but also has high amounts of diuretics stimulants so should not cause the water issue- though it still can- but it will also help significantly with losing fat from those areas)
