Hi guys,
I'm curious, let's say we have two persons, both equal goals, dropping BF% while adding/maintaining mass.
Person A has a diet of 2500 kcal and person B has also a diet of 2500kcal.
Person A is high in carbs and low in fat. Person b is low in carbs high in fat.
According to the 'myth' of trenbolone blocking carb storage and makes it burn off as heat energy, this would mean that the person that is higher in carbs has a lower kcal intake and thus is dropping/shredding more than person B?
Am I right?
Thanks,.
Eduard
