Training Board Monthly PR post

255x1 w/ mini's doubled over. (first time doing these so here is my starting point) had probably 265...but band work is...well...

band work is weird!
 
Few PR's in the last week.

Incline bench 335lbs for 2 sets of 8
Deadlifts 495lbs for 2 sets of 8
Military Press 275lbs for 12 (I'm trying for 315lbs next workout, I've yet to go heavier than 275lbs)

ohh... almost forgot...
Tricep kickbacks 3lbs for 8 reps :D

Oly Squat ISO Hold at Sticking point- in Oly Shoes
275lbs x 9secs New PR!! + 20lbs
a little later after the doing below exercises 275lbs x9sec + squat up back to the rack!

Clean Deadlift ISO Hold an inch above floor - in Oly Shoes - HookGrip

283lbs x 30secs New PR!! + 20lbs

Lat Machine Situp ISO Hold, Torso around Parallel, Dumbell on Chest

35lbs x 30secs New PR!! + 10lbs
