thanks man....and they're not real hard to make mine were pretty simple and are nice....oreopl made some that are even easier i think...check out his. or if ya think bout makin some i can send ya the dimensions of mine.

Giuness is great because it doesn't bloat you, but damned expensive. LOL and when did we count beer for pr's?

i bottle of chivas regal in four hours. didnt use straps, but alot of chunks.
 
15 cans of Red Dog then a 40oz of St. Ides, or a 1/5 of Tequila and a six pack(plus a few more I doubt remember) before midnight on Christmas eve. I usually don't count, probably can beat that but never pay attention lol.

Holy sheep shit my man, deffinatly gonna have to take a trip to Bill C's with me, you can hang!!! Christmas morning was a treat eh!!!!! HAHAHA!!!!!
 
LOL Could barely eat Christmas dinner, well I ahve had a few beers this week, been stressed on stuff so I keep it under the 3 pitcher rule.
 
Platform deadlifts with doubled mini's 610, 10lb pr, told Liftbig I would count it since it hurt so f'in bad. My neck/trap cramped at the top and I heard a crunch lol, see wednesday if it'll affect my bench.

Bench 365 - Monday 20lbs PR
Squats 425 -Tuesday 10lb PR
Deads 405 - Friday 25lbs PR

I hope to get my bench up in the 400's by december ..

set a pr on gm's......315 + light bands for 2 reps. 376 is my max for regular gm's.

today was my first time using bands and i'm hooked.

whats the weight of the light bands?

Very true. Congrats on the PR Skaman 315 will come before you expect it The dead seems to always go up real fast.5lbs here 10-20lbs there it all adds up Keep adding plates!

Walking Beast- three pin is the setting on our power rack from the floor, it's a little under my knees I think, and I think I have beaten that 805, a few times on here.

yeah, over under. need to get some chalk. no straps of course. finished off with some barbell rows, 247 felt really light. i have deadlifted more than that in the past, but it was years ago. i havent done rack deads in a long time, so its a pr as far as im concerned.

yeah that was an old one, i hit some setbacks but my 2 board press last week was 305. my 1rm was 285 (full bench press)as of this training cycle, so i'm hoping i will break 300 at the end of this trianing cycle.

Jolly youre a freak your strength jumps like 30 lb increments every week
 
Incline barbell press 200 x reps. Never even done 200 before, so it's a weight PR plus a rep PR.

Not huge weight, but I can remember only a couple years ago not being able to get 135.
