Training Board Monthly PR post

July 28th, ME lower body workout

OLD squat PR: 235 lbs

tonight:

3 waves:
215x3, 225x2, 235x1
220x3(pr), 230x2(pr), 240x1(pr)
225x3(pr), 235x2(pr), 245x1(pr)

cleared my old PR by 10 lbs even after being fatigued by the waves. No PRs set or attempted in the rest of the workout.

That would be cool to have a gym like that, but what would you watch for laughs in between sets?
