too young?

ok so its clear that i dont know everything about roids, but im sure you guys didnt at one point too. Thanks for the help, but please keep helping me out... any supplemental advice? (i take protien)
 
Doing a cycle now will cost you. I recommend against it. A proper cycle done AFTER reaching your growth potential can produce stellar results. Ive never seen one person your age get what I would consider great results(maybe in their heads) but to me and others they just looked lame.
 
Creatine is great. Protien is okay, but you really need to up your calories and do heavy basic exercises in the gym. Also getting enough sleep will make a world of difference.
 
prsonally, i dont see why all the static with young doods juicing. its true that you dont have a clue about steriods but reading can help that.

a big thing against it is your still growing. what if your like me and by 16 your 6ft4? will the extra inch hurt all that much? no. but your not in my shoes.

anyway, if you want to grow, get some creatine monohydrate. supplementdirect.com had a goodprice last i odered from them for there high performance creatine. may help with explosive power off the line.

i hear you about wanting a great body asap. but most HS football players dont have a prob with the ladies.

im going to say it, but if your only hope of getting a college education is through a football scholarship, it may be worth it. but at 5ft9, im not sure if yuoll ever be big enough for anything but a body to crush.

ultimatly, its your body, and you have to live in it.
 
We had a 16yr old start training in my gym after showing him all the exercises & proper form we went to work on his diet he was 6'2 150lbs (wet) in a yrs time he blew up to 205 and was bench pressing 460.all done naturally! go figure!

I wouldnt consider that true, im 17 and have cycled twice im currently off maintaining 215lbs at 6ft with 12%bf and a 600 squat,not saying im huge, but i think im doing well. im not saying go ahead but i think with a good mentor and diet and training, anything is possible

If you're 5'9 and 175 you really haven't put in enough work to gain size. None of these guys are posting to jerk you around, it's true when they say you'll make the best gains of your life now if you eat a shitload and bust your ass in the gym.

Juicing at your age is just irresponsible. Even if you were done growing vertically, your body has SO much more maturing to do until your 21 or even beyond that. There are way too many variables to fuck with when you already have your endocrine system in overdrive. Even mild AAS can stunt growth indirectly, so don't think that's the easy way out either. At the end of your cycle you WILL be shut down and you WILL have raised estrogen levels. Spikes in estrogen levels are the main reason behind calcification of the growth plates.

Yeah........and guess what? It won't be easy to get much bigger than that. 17 and 2 cycles? That's strait up retarded!!! You're only robbing yourself.
 
I would like to see the 600 pound squat....cause you know that would be an under 18 record at 200-215..... if you're gonna squat make sure you put em in basement brother.....as far as juicing in High School goes or even the first couple years of college....forget it....do like everyone else says and eat everything you see...shit you don't even have to keep you diet clean...it's all about calories....and sleep....and lifting hard and heavy.....by the way 5'9 and 175...and too shitty for being 16.....at 5'9 I am guessing D-Back or RB....keep eating and busting your ass....you should be able to hit 200 by the time you graduate no problem.....and that is a great weight for a freshman DB or RB....don't worry you get to a D-1 school they'll take care of the rest......I started playing ball at 235 and 6'1 and 11% bodyfat by the time I graduated I was 252 and 8% bodyfat.....with a little...ahem....help from my strength coach.....:p
