What forms of discrimination do you practice?

Here's my list of things that will keep me from hiring someone:
Bad Breath
Body Odor
Sansebelt slacks
Terribly Fat
Smells like cigarettes
If they wear a tie, it must be a Windsor Knot. (I tell them they don't have to wear one)
Has a beard (especially if it's a woman)

Forgot the big one, they cannot be H1b visa workers.

Bad breath / body odor.

I hire really-really out of shape fat people so that I look ultra jacked in comparison.

What about the half-windsor knot?

Naw full blown Windsor. It's one of the few things I'm really really picky about, it takes the same amount of tiem to make a full windsor as it does a half windsor and it looks a million times better. Plus it doesn't slide as much.

LOL @ the H1b line.

I have not worn a tie in OMG! 5 years!

I've never liked Mexicans.

I've never met someone from Mexico who actually was an H1b visa worker. Most of them were naturalized citizens.

Generally, I don't care as long as they are qualified and can do the job well.

That said, I will be working with that person so we do need to be able to get along professionally. If they are terribly annoying or something, that's a no-go. If they watch and talk about gay TV shows, that's a no-go. Other than that, I don't care too much how they dress, what they look like, etc.

One thing that I noticed is that I discriminate in favor of some Asian groups. In the past, they have been the best and hardest workers in my experience.
