My girlfriend just asked me if there was any type of appetite suppression supplements that she could take while breast feeding. I don't know and I was hoping to speed things up, so if some of the mothers here can help me, I'd truly appreciate it.

I personally wouldn't take anything. Breastfeeding itself burns an extra 500 cals per day. I know how she feels wanting to lose fast and all, but most stuff ends up in some amount in the milk. I just wouldn't take that chance.

Sorry to say that there isn't that I know of. Even the herbal stuff is a no no.

If she really wants to take supps, she could formula feed, but the breastfeeding will burn so many calories that I think it would be better than supplements anyway.

I'll let her know. She'll be a bit disappointed. She has a huge, and my huge, sweet tooth. I'm always chewing her ass for bringing in cheese cake and shit. I have no will power if its right in front of me. lol! I think she's trying to fatten me up so she feels better. lol! So far my will had been good, well kinda. I'm eating some of that shit, but in little amounts. I guess I'll have to do some deeper investigating.

How far along is she? don't get onto her about food while she is prego...lol. We already feel fat as hell, emotional, and craving stuff all at once.
