i am a avid deer hunter and all year long i watch whitetail deer with field cameras. i know the bucks in my area real well and i name them, i always match the ones i shoot to the ones i get on camera. in a months time during the rutting season i have seen whitetail deer put on as much as 70lbs. sometimes going from 200lbs to 275lbs! In a month to two months time they go from looking like a skinny frail animal to a massive musclebound tank walking through the woods all because of the rut. wouldn't it be cool to know what a deer's test levels are during the summer and then to know what it naturally gets raised to by mother nature????? i wish mother nature was like that to our species once a year, it would be just like a free cycle. then i guess every male would be walking around like that at the same time though, that would sux!
sorry to the people that don't hunt and are gonna flame me for this post. the hunter will understand.
