Ok I'm back from the dealer and here's the update.
I went to the first dealer and told him there was no way my tires were balanced and aligned since if they were, the mechanic would have noticed the two front mags were bent. I also told the service manager that I believe the mags were changed or damaged at their shop since my mags were immaculate when I brought them in.
He agreed with everything I said and asked what I wanted.
I told him I wanted the $200 back I paid on the original bill and for him to pay 1/2 of my new mags I had to get at the other dealer. The result, he gave me my $200 back and took the two bent mags back and will get them fixed at no charge.
The little guy (gal) wins!
