Thanks.....in TO they are pretty rude. My sister lives there and she is the one that had all the issues with her volvo. I went with her once to fight her case with the dealer and they were brutal!
She took volvo and the dealer to court and she won BIG TIME!

Ok I'm back from the dealer and here's the update.
I went to the first dealer and told him there was no way my tires were balanced and aligned since if they were, the mechanic would have noticed the two front mags were bent. I also told the service manager that I believe the mags were changed or damaged at their shop since my mags were immaculate when I brought them in.
He agreed with everything I said and asked what I wanted.
I told him I wanted the $200 back I paid on the original bill and for him to pay 1/2 of my new mags I had to get at the other dealer. The result, he gave me my $200 back and took the two bent mags back and will get them fixed at no charge.
The little guy (gal) wins!

im glad to hear that. im also surprised as heck but wow im glad. i can guarantee that if it were me they would have had to call the police to get me to leave the first time. im brutal when i go to the dealer. they are worse than insurance salesmen. my friend is a car dealer and he brags all the time how he screws people everyday and make them feel they got a good deal. even his neighbor paid $3000 too much for her new car than she should have.

its true bigman they belive that as long as the customer is happy that's all that matters. not the price or the price gouge.

He saw how pissed I was and I suspect he also knew I was not going to leave too easy.
Who knows why it was so easy, but it really was!
