Is this cool for extremely novice people to be in? Im 6'4 230 at about 10%, is it still cool if i compete? Will there be a class for me?

Just say you want in. You'll most likely be placed in the "best fit" division, LOL

Okay I want in!! By March 10 I should be able to work out again and would like some competition.. Any other females up for it... Currently I am 5"6 145 and have been off of training about a month due to surgery so I am looking gross!!
