im not gonna get in a pissing match about this, but my dad is a MD, with a PhD in Medicine. and just so that you know, MD simply stands for Medical Doctor.
and please, like wnt2bbeast said, can you site something? my dad laughed when i told him what you said. he actually said what wnt2bbeast said...some people are predisposed to arthritis.
 
i agree with them, if theres no evidence of it, then oh well, plus you would think tehre would be reports of shoulder problems in people who lift weights, also i see certified trainers telling their clients to do them all the time

i think he means well..its like when people get old some are spunky and can move around yet others are ver immobile and arthritic..when i get to old to squat i wanna be shot 2 behind the ear please lol
