Thinking about trying SARMS S-4

I am new to this forum and have been looking into several reviews for different types of supplements. My goal is to find the best product that will aid in increasing muscular strength and both anaerobic/aerobic endurance. I train and compete in MMA, and this supplement seems ideal since it supposedly does not affect hormonal levels and doesn't have any of the unwanted side effects that come with steroids. I am not too concerned with gaining weight/size (I would actually like to stay around the same weight since my sport revolves around cutting weight), nor what I look like. I am more concerned with improving athletic performance.

My questions are the following:
-Is there an ideal dosage for a 155-160 lb male who competes at 145 lbs?
-How long should the cycles be?
-When are the best times to take the supplement? (morning? evening? pre or post workout?)
-If I take a cycle, would ppl be interested in me logging my progress?

Everyone's feedback is greatly appreciated since I know very little over this subject matter. Ironically I graduated with an Exercise Science degree, but they do not teach us a whole lot (if any) about supplements at all. Thanks again!
 
All this is based on my expeirence thus far
Im a fan of SARMs and this is my opinionated answers to you questions
-30 to 50mg per, anytime you dose is fine.
-cycle for a month at a time
-guys are always interested in logging

take with a gram or two of billberry, I take every 3rd day off to avoid night vis. issues, most guys do 5 days on two off. Its effects on conditioning are a much wiser choice for what your doing than AAS.
 
Thanks for the info cory. I apologize for taking so long to respond, i'm currently in the process of moving and just got my internet installed. I will be ordering some sarms next week and looking to start as soon as i get it. I will def log the whole thing. Again thanks for the advice!
 
Hey Chem, what kind of things do you immeidtaley start to notice. I have been keeping an eye on this product myself..I am currently in PCT now with HcGenerate/Forma-Stanzol/Foreged PCT. I am in my second week..Is it worth getting now and adding it in?

Strength will increase, muscle hardness in the first week. Fat loss and body recomp from there on

1) No more than 50mg a day. I recommend running 5-6 days a week with 1-2 days off.
2) No more than 4 weeks, with atleast 2 weeks off before using again.
3) I say twice a day. I workout twice a day, and when I took only morning, I noticed my second workout not as good as my first. When I split them up, much better performance. I've had three runs with sarms, and the two times I split doses, I felt better.

Im with you on that!
 
One more thing. Wear polarized sunglasses any time you are around bright lights. Sarms seems to cause light sensitivity - I've noticed alot of residual light signatures (dots) after looking at bright lights while on sarms (usually in week 3 and 4), and they tended to hang around alot longer than I would like. That's the only negative side I've experienced.
