I had two shoulder surgeries already, one for each. My last one was my left shoulder which was in November. It was supposed to fix everything wrong with it, just like the other shoulder. Im back to the same old shit though with the same kind of pain and I think I either need a second opinion or a lawsuit for malpractice because this isnt supposed to be happening. I actually went back to my doctor a couple months ago for this pain and he basically said when that kind of surgery is done you have to vacuum out bone fragments and they can be very small and sometimes they dont get them all out, so what happened is they started to regenerate on their own causing swelling and difficulty in the joint. To me this means he didnt finish the damn job right the first time, so now Im going to have to go back for a whole other surgery. I want to know if I can either get a free surgery out of this since he fucked up or if I need to transfer to a different doc and see what he says or if I should call a amalpractice attorney, which I dont want to do if I dont have to.
