Thigh Inj - Did I screw up?

I started my cycle this last Monday and the 1st injection I did was in my thigh. I used a 23guage 1" syringe. My 1st inject was with ** CYP 1CC. I used the middle/upper outside thigh area. It did not hurt when I 1st did it but the next day it really hurt and was starting to swell. The swelling probably coverage a surface area the size of your palm. The swelling has went down accept in the area where the injection was at. At the area it is still swollen and hurts to the touch. It was a little red but doesnt seem to be bad anymore.

Do you think I am alright? Should I give it more time or have it checked out. I sure would hate it if my 1st injection was a total screw up.

I know if theres alot of heat thats sign of infection. Since I havent shot in quad yet I will have to Bump this one. Hope your ok! Did you use a clean new needle and massage the area. Also how about using a heat on the area next time to help disperse the oils. If it changes colors and gets hot go to the Doctor.

Your pain is from the Benzyl Alcohol in the **Cyp dude. If you get any discoloration, or the injection site has a lump that wont go away & is painfull, then you should probably go get some Tetra, or Biaxin or something, because it might be infected.

hey bro, i shot 1 1/2 cc of chinese fina in my right thigh for the first time yesterday. always been doing every other day injections in the glutes, but decieded to go every day by including the thighs. well bro 6 hours after i shot i couldnt put pressure on my leg, i was actually limpling around on thanks giving day. couldn't squat for shit. this is the second day and it feels a bit better, but still have a difficult time walking and going up steps. i know- no pain , no gain but this is ridicules.I felt real helpless and it made me reflect on what it is to be healthy and fit. so i don't think thigh injections are going to work for me. have always been thin maybe not enough mass in my thighs yet. i was even contemplating tri's after the thighs, but i probably wouldn't be able to move my arm. so a slong as my ass permits, thats were i'll shoot.

Don't worry bro..... your ok....... its just the alcohol....... also take a look at 2thicks site to make sure you are injecting in the right area of your quad..........

Dont worry about it bro, I had the same problem when starting with the same cyp you have. All I do now is put some hot water in a bowl and nuke it for about a minute or so, then heat up the syringe in it while prepping the area, and also prepping where I inject. Once I'm through with that, I take out the syringe, dry it off, switch pins, clean off the injection site again, and poke. Painless as can be!! BTW I'm using 23 ga 1" pins as well, injecting 1cc E4D.. Hope it helped some...

I was worried as hell when it happened to me with Ttokkyo Cyp. 1 cc in my right glute and it felt like someone shot me. I couldn't walk, I couldn't sit on it. Man was I in some pain. Then like a dumbass I shot in the same cheek 3 days later and it ballooned up like a basketball. Now I run the bottle under hot water for 1 minute, then load up and inject. I think the key is I inject so slow that i'm sweating by the time i'm done. Go as slow as you can. Then I rub the site for a few minutes with my cottonball and alcohol, real hard massage. Good luck, it gets better.

How long should I wait before going to the Doc? No change in pain today and the area is still red. I hope it is just from the alcohol. Well at least you guys made me feel better that it is not more serious....Thx.

Could this also have been caused by not going deep enough or going in at an angle. I was a bit nervous with this being my 1st injection and I went in at an angle going down. I really dont think I went deep into the muscle.
