Biceps and Triceps Day:
Just got back from gym, I hit it as hard as I could.
My arms are about to drop,lol.
Had a great workout in all.
I lift to heavy to heavier for bulking.
I am going to try to put up a pic tonight if possible, I need photoshop though for the nasty acne that I hate to make me look reasonable, lol.
Going to the kitchen now to start cooking away, be back in a few.........
