TheEmperor's DV1/Beast Sculpture Log!!!!

I take 3 Caps ED regardless on the days I am off.

Triceps & Biceps: Each set gets heavier with the exception of my burnout at the last which is opposite, I also do negatives in my arm exercises.
1.seated dumbell curls 3 sets
2.hammer curls 3 sets
3.straightbar W/weights 3sets
4.Burnout on straightbar to failure on lowering weight for each set, and finally to the straightbar lift burnout.
So, I go heavy, less heavy, than least heavy. I'm sore but been stretching alot.

Are you gonna stay at that dossage or increase to 6 caps/day?
 
Stay at 3 Caps ED, MAYBE....hit 4 Caps at the 3 rd week.

Leg Day:
Today I stuck with the basics,,
1.Squats
2.Leg Extensions
3. Barbell lunges
4. Standing calf raise
5. Seated calf raise
6. Hamstring curls on cable machine

I felt like puking after hitting it hard.....
I ate sirloin steak and potatoes for dinner...

Bro espicially if your going heavy hate to see those dam leg extensions. They have ruined more good atheletes knees then any other single excersize. For your sake consider replacing them with Ft Squats. The Ft Squats will do all the leg extensions and soooo much more and they so much better for you anatomically. Really brother give this some real serious thought.

Im going to incorporate some of your exercises to my regimen. Your workouts and diet during this log is awesome. Keep up the good work, and like Zed said, we need the before and after pictures. lol seriously great job Emperor!!!!
 
OK,...here we are, this picture was taken about 3 weeks before I started my cycle log..
I caution you, its not a pretty site, lmao:D. You can see my acne, nasty.
But give me a chance to change, I will be looking different.:coffee:
I'm going to post pics of me when I finish this cycle that way you can see the final results!!
 
kill that shit empp! dont worry about how much u can lift before u fail..dont worry about the reps u cant get past

less u can do now.. more room there is for progress!

less growing u have done before..quicker u will see results most of the time..

very exciting time imo
