I take 3 Caps ED regardless on the days I am off.
Triceps & Biceps: Each set gets heavier with the exception of my burnout at the last which is opposite, I also do negatives in my arm exercises.
1.seated dumbell curls 3 sets
2.hammer curls 3 sets
3.straightbar W/weights 3sets
4.Burnout on straightbar to failure on lowering weight for each set, and finally to the straightbar lift burnout.
So, I go heavy, less heavy, than least heavy. I'm sore but been stretching alot.
