Dr Bermant also comes with a very strong reputation but here is why I pick Blau.

1) Im a New Yorker and the Doc is in my backyard
2) AND MORE IMPORTANTLY...I strongly believe Dr. Blaus work is much more impressive than Dr. Bermant. I have seen Dr. Bermants pictures on his site and he has done tremendously well I AM NOT DOC HATING...but in my honest opinion I like what I have seen from Dr. Blau better.

Do you think they are both similar in terms of expense?

I think that Dr. Blau is a bit more costly, but then he's the best so it might be worth it. I hope things work out for you.

Read that Bermant has had numerous unsettled lawsuits against him and he has no medical insurance.

Sorry, you must have me confused with someone else. I have NO lawsuits pending, none unsettled, and no claims ever paid. I have always had Malpractice insurance. Yes, check your facts. In Virginia such actions are required to be reported to the State. A doctor with nothing to hide povides links to such resources on their website. You can check mine here.
