would it to be possible to run a small winny cycle while doing nolva at 50MG ED?

Winny shouldn't interfere, on paper. But the research in this area obviously wasn't done with patients taking winny so I can't say for absolute sure.

i will try. according to most profiles i've read it does not aromitize. I might up the dosage to 60mg a day for a couple months, i have before pictures, i will be sure to post after pictures.

Ok.. I have a gym buddy that is going to have gyno surgery in the future.

He has a BAD case. 99% is from puberty. (don't know if that makes a difference or not). Now unlike most gyno.. his doesn't make his nipples stick out. He says it did when he was in high school. Now it is like a very broad lump that has expanded from under his nipple area to cover the outer side of his pec as well. (I will have to do a picture to illustrate. Give me a minute or two after posting this to do so)

As I said, you can't tell he has gyno because he has done two things to make it so :

#1 Only worked upper chest and just a bit of middle chest. He does not do decline work, cable flyes, dips, etc..

#2 Carries a bit of fat on him to disguise the lump somewhat.

Here are the questions :

Should he stop his cycle how far in advance before the surgery? Wouldn't it make sense to keep his muscles as big as possible so the doc has an idea of how it will look when he juices back up?

Should he start trying to burn as much body fat as he possibly can prior to surgery? Just to get it off? Because the only reason he has not leaned out previously is because the gyno would really show then. His goal after surgery is leaning out.

I think there is a world famous doc in Miami somewhere that does gyno work. Not sure of his name. But I have heard him mentioned as "the man to go to". Anyone know?

What other advice can you give (if you had the surgery) that most docs don't tell you?

I had severe gyno during and post cycle a little while back. I thought for sure the knife was the only option to get rid of the quarter dollar sized lumps under each nip, one was bigger than a quarter, both felt at least an inch deep!
All I did was eat 60mg Tamoxifen ed for about 2-3 weeks and the shiznat was gone, completely.

How will nolvadex get rid of a solid lump? This isn't just swelling or puffiness. It is a hard lump. This is fibrious tissue. Nolvadex works on that?

It's glandular tissue surrounded by adipose tissue. So it's good to be at your normal bodyweight of have low BF so the surgeon can get as much glandular tissue as possible. But it does shrink. Mine has decreased after age 23 with lower bodyfat. I didn't want to go for surgery just yet because of things like fem, and tamox.

I would use 20mg/day of nolva every day of that cycle and then when you're all done with everything go to 60mg/day and get rid of that gyno.

No it won't hinder your gains.

Word, it will take the gyno away...you have to do it for a few weeks at least

Worked for me, and it has worked for many others. It may or may not work for your friend. All I am saying is I would always recommend a non-invasive process/therapy/etc. before recommending an invasive surgical procedure. Why have the surgery and go under anesthesia if he doesn't have to? There is ALWAYS risk with any surgical procedure.

Word. I've tried all that shit. There isn't a drug on the planet that will make true fibrous gyno disappear.

Except maybe that shit thats used to break up tumors but thats too extreme for my liking.

You're somewhat right...tamoxifen will not reverse gynecomastia in 100% of cases. It tends to be more like +/-80% of cases. But, I'd rather take my chances of being in the 80% group before I jumped right into a most likely unnecessary surgery.

Honestly my cousin had the same.
He can stay on the cycle, just makesure he tells the doc.
Second cardio cant harm but i would just do the same as hes doin now cardio wise.
Has he tried Arimadex?
Even 40-60mg of nolva?
To really make sure he needs it, he should feel a ball in his nipple.
What is his bodyfat?
Could he post pics on this board?
