Ulter already went over this ad nauseum.

60MG ed for about 6 weeks until there's a sign of regression.

NO, DO NOT USE FEMARA w/ the Nolvadex.

It's strictly Novladex therapy.

60 mgs for six weeks then taper down, are there any sides with taking alot of nolva for a long time like that?? I read a thread about nolva causing a stroke but that was after years of taking it other than that i havent seen anything else on it.

Yes incorporating Femera would speed along the process. But every girl on the planet have the same sex appeal as his grandmother to him. There's no reason to start adding sides.
