8 week out at the moment a bit behind

i did cardio +abs in the am 45 min 5:30

now i ate at about 3:30ish pm

i have a physio appoitment at 6- 6:30

then to the gym for cardio only.. should i eat then do cardio ... or do cardio and eat after?
My plan is to make pork chops and gravy, eat some brownies, and use loading the dishwasher as my cardio.

those are my fav.. i am paying the price for it now about two months ago i would wake up at night and eat a plate of brownies..

oh then i got crazy.. with my ice cream i would throw the brownie powder mix on it..pretty good actually...

If you eat, make it an hour before you go and only eat something with no carbs in it. (or as few as you can get). Protein powder shake, chicken breast, tilapia (sp?). If you don't have time to let the food digest for an hour (45 mins minimum) just skip eating, and do it afterwards.

My favorite dessert of all is to make hot brownies, top with french vanilla ice cream and lots of hot fudge. Holy cow! If I ever could just have one of those while a guy kissed my nanny, I think that would be the highlight of my entire life. lol.

thanks i had a feeling carbs are out on off days just with meals 1+2 (50 total)

and pre/post (training) the avatar is me on the weekend...

anyhow back to your thread...

it was pretty cool...
