That was UNBELIEVABLE! I was really happy when the baby got taken back into the herd and protected. I hope it didn't later succumb to its injuries. The bull buffalo flipping the lioness up in the air was pretty cool.

8 week out at the moment a bit behind

i did cardio +abs in the am 45 min 5:30

now i ate at about 3:30ish pm

i have a physio appoitment at 6- 6:30

then to the gym for cardio only.. should i eat then do cardio ... or do cardio and eat after?
